Privacy Policy

Lulelis is designed as an offline particle-art and wallpaper app. Your visual creations remain on your device: we do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your personal data.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Lulelis handles information when you use the app. Lulelis provides an interactive particle field, local particle presets, optional ambient sound, and user-initiated wallpaper features.

By using Lulelis, you acknowledge this policy and confirm that you meet the age requirement described below.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Lulelis does not collect any personal data or device data. In particular, the app does not collect your name, email address, contact list, location, photographs, microphone input, identifiers, usage history, diagnostics, advertising information, or payment information.

The app does not require an account or sign-in. It does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, social-media integration, or third-party data-collection software development kits.

3. Offline Operation and Local Storage

Lulelis is intended to operate offline and does not declare Internet access. The app does not transmit your information, presets, settings, particle configurations, or wallpaper frames to us or to any third party.

To provide the app's features, Lulelis may store the following items only in its private local storage on your device:

particle presets and the names you choose for those presets;
studio settings, such as the selected particle style, palette, density, and gesture settings;
temporary or active wallpaper frames created when you choose to capture or apply a wallpaper.

These items are not uploaded or shared. You can remove local app data by deleting presets in the app, clearing Lulelis data in your device settings, or uninstalling the app.

4. Wallpaper Permission

Lulelis declares the Android SET_WALLPAPER permission so that it can apply a still wallpaper after you explicitly select that action. It also provides an Android live-wallpaper service for the animated-wallpaper option.

These features are activated only when you choose to set a wallpaper. The permission is used solely to send the wallpaper you selected to the Android wallpaper system. It does not grant Lulelis access to your photos, contacts, messages, location, microphone, or other personal content. Android's system wallpaper interface is controlled by your device and may be subject to Android's own policies.

5. Children Under 13

Lulelis is not directed to children under 13, and people under 13 are not permitted to download, access, or use the app. We do not knowingly collect, use, store, or disclose personal information from children under 13 because the app collects no personal information from any user.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has used Lulelis or provided information through a support contact, please contact us at tmrintlltd@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate steps to address it.

6. Individuals 13 and Older

Lulelis may be used only by individuals who are at least 13 years old. If you are 13 or older but have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, please use the app with the knowledge and permission of your parent or legal guardian.

All users should avoid entering personal or sensitive information into custom preset names or any support communication. Although preset names remain on your device, choosing non-sensitive names is a sensible privacy practice.

7. Data Sharing and Security

Because Lulelis does not collect or transmit data, we do not sell, rent, trade, or share user information with third parties. Local content is protected by the security measures available on your device. We recommend using device-level screen-lock and security features to help protect local app content.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if Lulelis changes in a way that affects privacy. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Please review this page when you update the app.
